The employees are always very helpful and friendly and most of all seem to really enjoy their jobs. As a general rule the food is fantastic and the price is good (especially if you are one who does not like to cook). So if you want to meet a friend for coffee and muffin at Starbucks or eat at one of the restaurants with a side dish of penny slots then I highly recommend Thunder Valley Casino.
Thunder valley is the best casino in california, cuz has a excellent food and restaurant, steak house,great chinese food and also great falls bar, alot of choses.
I did not like the service at thunder valley. I couldn't find any beverage servers for hours. When I played black jack I didn't win one hand. My $200 didn't last 5 min. It might sound like im exagerrating, I wish I was.
We live in Jackson and travel to Thunder Valley twice a week. There is no comparison from “other” casino’s to Thunder Valley. Their entire staff, servers, security, technicians, supervisors, dealers and everyone else show that they appreciate your business. They go beyond the call of duty to help people with impairments and disabilities. The food is great, the gaming is fun and the casino is roomy, clean and has very convenient parking. Everyone is happy when they win, but Thunder Valley players are even happy when they lose. It is worth the 140 miles we travel each way to enjoy quality at it’s finest. Mark Spears
