At Fareast Fighting Arts Kwoon, we teach a Cheng Family style of Chinese Martial Arts. It is an extremely effective self defense art for the modern day practioner. Its principles run deep, yet enough can be learned in a relatively short amount of time to make the beginning student proficient at self defense.
Our school promotes learning self-defense and improving health and fitness in a family friendly atmosphere. Men, women, and children can all benefit from learning Kung Fu. Students will achieve a sense of discipline and self-confidence while learning self-defense.
Our kids just love going to Far East - Kung fu. They have taught them so much about be discipline, leadership and self worth than any other sport. Their school grades have improved. Now they enjoy being active in our community.
