Dragon Fire Martial Arts provides top-notch martial arts & self defense instruction. We have a transported after school program as well as matial arts camp all summer long.
I am so pleased to have my son enrolled in Dragon Fire's after-school program. I love the martial arts program, dedication to homework time, game time, and nutrition classes. My son continues to learn discipline, courtesy, and respect for not only himself, but others as well. I recommend Dragon Fire to anyone with a child. :)
Our six year old daughter has been with Dragon Fire for over a year now and continues to love it. She is now in the Judo program as well and looks forward to every Monday when she can flip her friends around. Dragon Fire has taught her respect, discipline, fun and even how important it is to live right and eat well. Fantastic instructors and a great learning environment: from a very proud father : )
my nephew going on 8- the grandchild of the freeburgers- is absolutely happy with his program and is planning his black belt party as we read this- he is just 4 belts away- a wonderful program- i have seen many sessions of this program- great!!!
I like dragon fire martial arts because i get to fart as much as i want there and my mom isn't there to stop me. just kidding. its a great school because they teach us really well. and i have learned to exercise one of our tenants: self control in everyday life!
I think that dragon fire martial arts is the best martial arts school in the Sacramento region because going to class there has helped me better my health. in addition, i have learned quite an amount of self-defense techniques, which is very crucial to know in today's times.
My little girl Sarah has been training at Dragon Fire for almost 3 months. She loves all the staff . I am very proud of her for trying to do this . I would recommend that any parent looking for a place to begin a martial arts program, to check this place out they are top notch.
Our 7-year-old grandson went through and "graduated" from the Little Dragons program and is now advancing through the open program. It has been great for him, and the folks at Dragon Fire are just wonderful.

School is warm, welcoming without any signs of prejudice and bias. Their method of teaching is awesome and leaves their students prepared for the real world.
At this school you don't make black belt unless you truly earn it.
This is an awesome school for both children and adults. If you want to truly learn martial arts and the true way of the art then this is the school for you.
The staff there is great, they have very flexible schedules, very supportive and they care about their students. They are only willing to push you as hard as they think you can go but at the same time honor your request if you cannot go any further.
